2024 saw the successful completion of the 100-Suite development at Harpwood House in Sevenoaks, and the 101-Suite Integrated Community Health Centre development at Whitstable House, Whitstable. Graham Care have now discharged of all pre-commencement planning conditions and works are now successfully underway on the next two projects of the development programme.
Works have commenced on site at Broomfield House, Chelmsford, to offer a combination of 1 and 2 Bedroom Supported Living Apartments, Care Suites, Hydrotherapy Pool, Restaurant, and Commercial Retail Space, with works anticipated to be completed at the end of 2026.
The 99-Suite development at Southlands House, Sittingbourne is in the final stages of pre-construction, with ground expected to be broken in early 2025.
