We provide care and support to those with complex care needs, with capacity for a 1,000 residents across Surrey and Kent, in purpose-built facilities and care suites.
Our story began in 1996, when Ernie and Dr Karen Graham founded their first care home with the mission to provide exceptional care and homes for life for its residents. We are still a family-run business with the same mission today in all of our thirteen services.
We take the well-established concept of Person Centred Care one step further by recognising that for anybody to be healthy and happy, there needs to be an emphasis on past and present relationships with others. We don’t just mean staff, but family and friends too.
We’ve combined an array of technology in our homes to create a picture of our residents’ wellbeing and care in real-time.
This better enables our staff to deliver exceptional, personalised care. Through the alert system we have developed, combining call bell, sleep, incontinence and bed exiting monitoring, carers only disturb resident when it’s necessary.
Our nurses and managers are supported with compliance dashboards which provide a comprehensive view of the standard of care being delivered within the home on a day-to-day basis. This also frees them from manual reporting, facilitating them to do what they do best – care for our residents.
All our residents’ relatives have access to a platform to view their loved ones’ care plans and care records as they’re made, giving them peace of mind whilst apart.
We build care suites that residents can call home. That means including lots of space to accommodate their family and friends who visit, which traditional care homes typically lack.
We include a dining space and kitchenette in all our rooms to help residents feel empowered to be independent in their own space.
